We made returns easy and hassle free!
No need to contact us to do a return. Just read below and follow the return instructions.
- We accept returns with full refunds within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.
- We encourage you to reuse the package the item was shipped to you in. However, you are entitled to send it in whatever enclosed package of your choice.
- All returns must be sent with the order # slip or a note with the order number on it.
- The cost of shipping is the customers expense.
- All returned items must be returned to us with the original tag still attached.
- Items retuned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, animal hair or similar product stains are non refundable, and will be shipped back to you.
- Due to limited quantities, we do not process exchanges. Instead, lock in your new item and purchase, then send in the return.
- Damaged items must be post marked 3 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned. We require the damaged item to be returned. Your shipping expense will be reimbursed.
- We are not responsible for items that are unable to be returned to us within the 14 calendar day period due to reasons such as vacation, holidays and any other reasons. It is up to the customer to manage their schedules accordingly.
- All returned items are the customer's responsibility until they are returned to Paisley James. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, and that customers as for receipt of postage at the time of shipping. Any lost items will not be issued for refund.
